1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 999bd platform and all services operated under it. "Platform" refers to 999bd's website, mobile application, and all services included within them.

The platform provides online casino games and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh. Every user is requested to read these terms in full before using the platform. For any questions, our support team is available 24/7 via live chat or email.

These terms are written in English and this is the operative version. 999bd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amended terms take effect as soon as they are published.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to open an account on 999bd and participate in any betting or casino activity is 21. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing a false age at registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balances and bonuses in those accounts may be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

Providing complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration is mandatory. If your name, mobile number, or payment details are incorrect, withdrawals may be delayed. 999bd may request additional documents for identity verification if needed.

• A correct mobile number and name must be provided at registration.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened using the same mobile number or payment account.

3 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with anyone else or allowing a third party to operate the account is prohibited.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 999bd support team immediately. 999bd will act as quickly as possible, but is not liable for losses caused by the user's own negligence.

Keep your password strong — use a mix of at least 8 characters, numbers, and special symbols. It is advisable not to use the same password on any other website.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used to deposit money into 999bd. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the balance instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawals are generally completed within 10–45 minutes.

Withdrawals will be sent to the payment method registered on the account. It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

999bd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw winnings made using this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

• A bonus may only be usable on certain games — details are provided on the promotions page.
• Multiple withdrawal attempts before the bonus wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• One account cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• 999bd reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. 999bd reserves the right to cancel a bet accepted in error due to a technical fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's balance.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting is available on cricket, football, and various other sports. Betting is available on international tournaments including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup. Odds are variable and depend on actual results.

6.3 Casino Games

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and other games. Each game has its own rules, which are made clear before the game begins.

6.4 Technical Issues

If the internet connection is lost or the device shuts down during a game, the result will be determined according to the data stored on the 999bd server. In any dispute regarding this, the 999bd server record will be considered final.

7 Responsible Gambling

999bd believes that sports betting and casino games can be enjoyed as entertainment when done responsibly. We want every user to be aware of their own limits.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Any activity intended to manipulate the bonus system.
• Colluding with other users to cheat the platform.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.

If any of the above activities are detected, 999bd reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and forfeit the balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

9 Limitation of Liability

999bd is committed to providing the highest quality service on its platform, but is not liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by an internet connection failure.
• Loss caused by a problem with the user's own device.
• Temporary service disruption caused by unexpected technical faults.
• Any issue arising from a third-party game provider.

999bd makes every effort to provide its services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of users' personal information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. By using the platform, you also consent to the Privacy Policy.

Information may be disclosed to authorities where legally required or for the purpose of investigating fraud.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before making the request. After the account is closed, all data will be retained in accordance with our policy.

11.2 Closure by 999bd

999bd may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• If the account was created using false information.
• If an attempt to defraud the platform is proven.
• If the user is identified as a minor.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (in accordance with the relevant policy).

12 Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution

999bd reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform in the case of significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
